Need to return a product?
Here’s what you need to know.
RETURNS:You have 90 days to return the item(s) from the date of purchase.To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.The item(s) must be in the original packaging.The item(s) must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. We DO NOT accept returns on custom colored products.
REFUNDS:Once we have received the item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or credit your account. You will receive the credited amount within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We DO NOT give refunds on custom colored products.
